I decided to switch off my ego a few years ago to let go of the “30 people in class makes me look good approach”. Large classes are great for an instructors ego and bank balance but professional integrity is now more important to me. I far prefer to offer sessions with limited numbers were I can fully coach and work the individuals..quality not quantity.

Small Group Personal Training sessions

No more than 8 clients per session.

Similar to Personal Training, I work with you as your trainer to progress you through a multi discipline fitness programme. These sessions will improve your fitness, help you lose body fat, stretch and challenge you as much as you want it to.
