One of the very best things about working in a private studio is that sessions are not overlooked which means my clients and I can talk freely and honestly and this means we can get to bottom of what has and has not been working for my clients before.
It’s important that we meet for an informal consultation prior to signing up so we can discuss exactly what it is you are looking to achieve from working with me. You ask me questions, I ask you questions and then you can take some time to decide if this will work for you. Once you give me the go ahead, there is a little paperwork to go through and then we get started.
Typically I write a programme every 4-6 weeks for my clients to work on alongside our PT sessions and depending on goals support this with nutritional guidance and plans if necessary.
