PT with me...

This is where I work with you to help you achieve all your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle goals. Train with me at The Bedford International Athletic Stadium, where I have full use of the gym and other facilities on site. I take a holistic approach to your training, aiming to introduce a new approach to fitness, exercise and nutrition into your life that will work specifically for you. I encourage you to take ownership of your goals, what ever they may be, so that after we have worked to achieve them you can happily and confidently maintain them long after I have gone. You will have access to your own online training page where you can track your progress.

The PT @ HOME Experience...

Is a unique training service brought to your home, garden or outdoor space by one of my expert Associate Trainers. You can expect safe, effective, fun and challenging training sessions that will over time deliver the real results that you want. I have worked hard to become one of the most experienced and established trainers in Bedford and Bedfordshire with an approach that is highly in demand. I have worked closely with my Associate Trainers to ensure that your training capsule also offers this approach with the most up to date methods and techniques. You will have access to your own online training page where you can track your progress.

£ 35.00 per hour
